Fayetteville's older neighborhoods around Mount Sequoyah, Wilson Park, and the historic district have roofs with real character and real problems: original chimneys, layered flashing, and decades of patch jobs. Newer areas along Wedington and toward Johnson have the opposite issue, with fast construction that's just now reaching its first round of leaks.
